		<description>It's a damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't situation for Mr. Bush.  If he attends, he's not protesting the egregious human rights violations of the Chinese government.  If he doesn't, he's a hypocrite because of the egregious human rights violations of his own administration.</description>
